Malon has accrued years of experience in employment law, both in a law firm and in-house. Besides working as an in-house employment lawyer she has been working for HJ Advocaten since 2019.
Malon advises employers as well as employees about issues of employment law in the broadest sense. This includes drafting employee handbooks, overseeing dismissal procedures and dealing with the implications under employment law of reorganisations and restructurings.
Malon’s way of working is characterised by a quick and thorough analysis of the case followed by a practical tactic, and always with a good dose of humour. A steady and long-term collaboration with her clients is important to Malon.
